Finding common ground, one interest at a time
TwoBowling’s dashboard and discovery refresh make shared interests more central to meeting people.
It is easier to start a conversation when there is something to talk about. TwoBowling is a friendship-focused project built around shared interests and nearby connections, alongside private tools for journaling, goals, and intentions.
The October development update refreshes the dashboard and discovery experience. Work on person cards and shared-interest helpers brings common ground closer to the moment when someone is deciding whom they might like to get to know.
That sits alongside the part of the project that can be useful independently: recording an intention or reflecting on a goal does not have to wait for a group. TwoBowling is about friendship and personal direction, and the refreshed discovery work supports that focus.
A follow-up fixes form text contrast for visitors whose devices use a dark system theme. The site’s light surfaces now keep matching text and native-control colors, so inherited styling does not make forms harder to read.
