Programming Securely uses the information you provide to run this site and deliver the updates you request.

Newsletter subscriptions

We store your email address, chosen channel, and subscription status. Subscriptions require email confirmation. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Email is delivered through our configured SMTP provider.

Accounts and downloads

Invited accounts use a session cookie for authentication. We store account and project-access information to control private release downloads. Administration changes are recorded in an audit log.

Infrastructure

The site uses self-hosted Supabase for application data and file storage. Hosting infrastructure may record request information to operate and troubleshoot the service.
