Making your experience count in the next chapter

StarrPrep’s refreshed home and signed-in guidance connect career preparation with the experience you already have.

Preparing for a new role often starts with remembering the work you have already done. StarrPrep gives that experience a place to accumulate, then helps organize it into interview stories, resumes, and application activity.

The project uses the STARR structure—Situation, Task, Action, Result, and Reflection—to turn a loose memory into a story someone can explain clearly. That structure can also reveal where a useful detail is still missing.

The October development update refreshes the career-focused homepage and signed-in guidance. The emphasis is on helping people understand what to do next in the workspace, from capturing an experience to preparing it for a particular opportunity. Any example content is illustrative; a person’s own record should remain the basis of their career materials.
