Proxy requests are being tightened to keep configured routes within their intended paths and destinations. Proxied subpaths that contain parent-directory segments are rejected, and proxy connections are pinned to validated public DNS addresses.

These safeguards help reduce the chance that a request reaches an unintended path or address. The workspace remains focused on configuring routes and weighted targets, testing request and response transformations, and inspecting traffic through tests and logs.
