A shared plan works best when people can see it where they already are. Schedule Assistants is built around calendar and task dashboards that can live on a kitchen display, office screen, or everyday browser.
The October changes refresh the homepage around that display-focused experience and introduce a new logo. The application work also adds real-time updates for tasks and events, helping shared plans stay current as people make changes.
Account deletion and ownership cleanup received follow-up attention too. These are part of making the workspace manageable through its whole lifecycle. Google and Outlook integrations are described as upcoming on the public site, so this update does not present them as available features.
