OneNote Manager is preparing its mobile experience with clearer account setup and management, while making an important boundary explicit: AI requests through Ollama require you to be signed in.

The account flow now includes email confirmation and verified account deletion as part of the work toward a native mobile release. The public site also explains that beta access is free. The mobile release is still in progress, so these preparations don’t mean the native app is ready to download.

For people using AI-assisted organization, sign-in is required before OneNote Manager can send a request to Ollama.
