OneNote Manager: development update · 2026-10-05

OneNote Manager is making it easier to find and work with your notes, with more page formats, more dependable note discovery, and a refreshed workspace across web and mobile.

You can now work with rich-text, code, and freeform page formats. Search and recent-note views use supported OneNote queries, helping note discovery work more reliably. The app also handles a documented section-limit response from OneNote more gracefully.

The workspace and sign-in screens have been refreshed on web and mobile. In the editor, formatting colors now adapt to the system’s dark theme for a more consistent reading and editing experience.
