The October development update redesigns the relationship workspace and adds a grounded network assistant. Changes span the dashboard, people views, task experience, and mobile layouts. The intention is to make the context around a relationship easier to use while planning the next action.
The assistant work includes tests alongside the implementation. It is designed around the information in the network, so useful prompts can start with existing people and notes. As with any assistant-generated suggestion, the person using the CRM remains the one who decides what is accurate and what to act on.
